REFUND/REMAKE POLICY
All photos are custom-made to order. We do not keep an inventory of any kind therefore returns cannot be accepted unless there is a defect in the photo. If you have received a defective photo, please return it to us and we will promptly remake it at no charge. If there is obvious shipping damage, please contact the post office or shipping company for instructions. If you have received the wrong order and the photos you received are NOT what you ordered, call us immediately and please provide us with the information on the confirmation email sent to you when you initially placed the order. Please note that all photographic printing is done to professional standards but that the images are provided to us by the studio and we are not responsible for the content. Our online hosting service is a fullfillment agency for the photo studio that originally produced the images.
